Which regions have the most accredited employers?
Auckland holds about 42% of the list, but every region has employers who can sponsor. Pick one to see them.

How hiring on the AEWV works
An accredited employer is not a job offer. Four things have to happen, in this order:
The employer gets accredited
Immigration NZ checks the business. Standard accreditation covers up to 5 migrant workers, High Volume 6 or more. Initial accreditation lasts 12 months. Every employer on Sponsor.nz was accredited on 25 June 2026.
The employer gets a Job Check for the role
For each role they show INZ the pay and conditions, and in most cases that they advertised to New Zealanders first.
You find the employer and get a job offer
This is where Sponsor.nz helps: find businesses in your trade and region, read what they actually do, and contact them directly.
You apply for the visa
With the job offer and Job Check reference you apply for the Accredited Employer Work Visa, which can run up to 5 years.
Rules change. Read the details on Immigration New Zealand. This is general information, not immigration advice: we are not licensed immigration advisers.
